This policy explains what information CASTRA: The Legion's Watch ("the Game") uses, why and how. The Game is published by Pixy Digital. Questions: ozan.zengin@pixydigital.com.
Your game progress (units, resources, upgrades), your settings and the record of delivered purchases are saved on your device and are not uploaded to us. They are deleted when you uninstall the Game or use Settings > Reset progress. If device backup is enabled, they may be included in your operating system's backup.
To stay free, the Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process the advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android advertising ID, if you allow it), IP address, device model, operating system, language and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud.
How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
To improve the Game we collect anonymous gameplay events (for example campaigns started and finished, features used, ad and purchase events) together with device model, operating system, app version, country, language and a random app instance identifier. This data does not identify you personally and is never sold. Firebase keeps it for up to 14 months. If you did not consent to ads, analytics data is not used for advertising (Firebase consent mode).
If the Game crashes or hits an error, Firebase Crashlytics sends the error trace, device model, operating system version, free memory and storage, app version and a random installation identifier. We use it only to fix bugs.
Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. To deliver and restore what you buy, your purchase history and a random anonymous user identifier are processed by RevenueCat.
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device, are shown only if you allow notifications and can be turned off in Settings.
The Game may download small updates from our server. Your IP address may briefly appear in the server logs while doing so.
Your data is shared only with the service providers above for these purposes. We do not sell your data.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing. E-mail ozan.zengin@pixydigital.com with the Player ID shown in Settings; we reply within 30 days. You can delete the data on your device yourself with Settings > Reset progress.
Data is sent to service providers over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
We may update this policy; the current version is always in the Game and at its public address. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
