These terms govern your use of CASTRA: The Legion's Watch ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept them.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. On iOS, Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Virtual items

Gems, denarii, keys, scrolls and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-money value that can be used only inside the Game; they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Purchased gems do not expire. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies. Chest contents and odds are shown in Market > Chests > "Chest contents and odds".

The Game contains ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose; the reward is granted when the ad is watched to the end.

Fair play

Modifying the Game, using cheats or abusing the purchase system is not allowed.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not responsible for progress stored on your device being lost when the Game is uninstalled or the device changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
